Development of an information film documenting the „Audi Mileage Marathon – form A to B“ in a visually exciting way so that it can also be submitted to design contests.
I was asked primarily with developing the film‘s concept and look. The basic idea rested on the test drive itself which went through many European countries. I selected all participating countries and displayed them each as reaching to the earth‘s core. That way I could animate, transform and colour each country individually.
Dynamic lines symbolised the route taken by the vehicles which were supported by info-graphical elements. The colour composition was based on the contrast between black surroundings, the light texture of the countries and the red of the corporate design.
To emphasise the surroundings I added particles and used selective lighting.
